I find this to be a very important FQ nugget of wisdom because this is the one that separates the people who just get by financially and those who are able to accumulate considerable wealth. Whether you will observe this law or not will determine your financial condition in the future.
I added an FQ Mom flavor to the original Clayson classic by giving a guideline when a person should start considering buying luxury. Observing this law is the only way you can allow the power of compounding to work its magic on your portfolio. So do so. Remember, even Albert Einstein, the most famous scientist, was awed by this truism when he said, “Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it … he who doesn’t … pays it.”
