This is our third Sunday of the Covid 19 Lockdown.

To those who missed joining us live on facebook on March 29, 2020, here’s the video. We started off with a dance to the tube of Lanca Perfume led by my bunso VJ Anton, in order to share with you a glimpse of our #WorkoutWednesday as one of our coping mechanisms.

We also discussed some updates including excerpts from Marvin’s interview with Rep. Joey Salceda regarding the emergency powers given to the president.

Marvin also showed a way of folding your towel ala-KonMarvin (watch our Marie Kondo! ).
