Asador Alfonso – now a Michelin Star restaurant Escala – a 4-star hotel with a spectacular view of Taal Lake and great art pieces Sinta – formerly the Observatory of Tagaytay, offers great cuisine and art pieces from Tagaytay artists Casa Manolo – Balinese-inspired Airbnb rental home that’s new and tidy CaSoBē (Calatagan South Beach) – a large integrated resort community with different kinds of accommodation and a huge water park.
