Former Deputy Governor Diwa Guinigundo on FQ Book 2

Diwa Guinigundo was a Central Banker for 41 years, the moving force behind the BSP’s advocacy for economic and financial uplifting of the poor. I first met him when he was ninong in the wedding of my niece where I was also a ninang. He retired as Deputy Governor in 2019. He now writes for Business Mirror and Manila Bulletin, where he wrote a piece on FQ Book 2 in February 2021. He gave a comprehensive piece on the book saying, “The (fun) appearance of FQ Book 2 can be deceptive because it is actually rigorous, covering many grounds of Economics and Psychology with empirical support. It is a must read!” He also gave a message during the FQ Book 2 launch.
