Christmas To Do List
Watch this segment of ANC On The Money about Christmas To Do List.
When it comes to Christmas shopping, check your own behavior if you’re good at cramming or would rather take your time ticking your “Santa’s list” over a longer period of time. If there’s any advantage to doing it closer to Christmas and in a shorter period of time, it’s the principle of the “pain of paying.” You feel the pain more if you buy them together, and still have all the other Christmas expenses in mind. This pain is felt even more if you use cash instead of credit card; hence, controlling your spending. On the other hand, shopping too late may put you in a panic mode that you just buy the next thing you see, causing you to spend more.
So the key is to check your own shopping behavior. And in the middle of all the frenzy, always remember the real reason for the season.
